x={30(+/-)√[30²-4*2*108]}/(2*2)
x={30(+/-)√[36]}/(4)
x={30(+/-)6}/(4)
x1=(30+6)/4----> 36/4----> 9
x2=(30-6)/4----> 24/4---->  6
