You are on a divided highway with a raised median when you see a school bus stopped on the other side of the road. Are you legally required to stop?

I believe the answer is: No, because the oncoming traffic is separated by a raised median.
A raised median would separate two different lines of traffic which aimed toward opposite direction.
When you see a bus stop, you're only required to stop to let the children get down safely if you're on the same lane with the bus.
