Points are S(-7,-6) and T(10,8)
First we have to find the slope.
Formula for slope:
m= (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
Put values
m=(8-(-6))/(10-(-7))
m=(8+6) / (10+7)
m=14/17
Now equation of line:
y-y1=m(x-x1)
Put values
y-(-6)=14/17 ( x - (-7))
y+6=14/17(x+7)
Converting to slope intercept form: y=mx+b
y=14/17(x+7)-6
y=14x/17 + 91/17 - 6
Simplfy
y=14x/17 - 11/17

Answer: 14x/17 - 11/17
