nazi germany was the first country to use rocket propuslion in wwii. they invented the v-2 rocket, the first ballistic missile. it was first used in attacks on cities in france and large allied targets in the war. in 1942, the missile entered mass production and was very daedly at some attacks like Antwerp, London and Norwich.
