What is the slope of a line that is perpendicular to a line whose equation is -2y=3x+7? Help needed asap please :)

-2y=3x+7
    y = -3/2 x - 7/2

y = mx + b where m = slope
so in the equation
y = -3/2 x - 7/2
m = slope = -3/2

perpendicular lines, slope is opposite and reciprocal so slope = 2/3

answer 2/3
