Let's assume that the Length of the rectangle is (2x-5)m and The breadth of the rectangle is (2x+60)m.

Now, note that to find the perimeter of a shape requires the sum of all of its sides. In this case, A rectangle has 2 Lengths and 2 Breadths. Thus, the perimeter of the rectangle is
2(2x-5)+2(2x+60)=( 4x-10)+ (4x+120)
= 8x+110
We don't stop there, the question says if the value if x is 12m
So, we substitute X into 12
8(12)+110= 96+110
=206
