What effects did the rise in industrialization have on labor force

The rise in industrialization increased the demand for man power in order to keep up with the technologies and manage the desired productivity level.
As a result, the economy enhanced, variety of products were available and more people were employed.

Therefore, based on this, rise in 
industrialization led to an overall increase in the standards of living.
