The Muslim civilization had a great impact in Spain, by the artistic, cultural and religious contributions, the Muslim language influenced much in the Iberian peninsula and extended in other parts of Spain. A stage of partnership between the Moroccan and Spanish society was opened, and new Muslim associations were inaugurated in the country. The construction of the Marbella mosque is an example of the Muslim contribution and the growing Muslim population in Spain aroused interest in tourism in Spain.
