According to drive-reduction theory, what occurs each time a behavior results in drive reduction?

Drive-Reduction theory is considered as one of the motivational theories. This is the first motivation theory that was developed by Clark Hull and for him, this is root cause of behavior and learning. So based on this theory, what happens every time that a behavior results in drive reduction is that tension is reduced.
