Are radio waves longitudinal or transverse?

Radio waves are neither Longitudinal or transverse. 

Only mechanical waves are either transverse or longitudinal. Examples are Ocean waves, Earthquake waves, and sound waves.

Radio waves are light waves, which means they do not require a medium to travel through.
