ONE WAY :

1/ (1/3 + 1/3)  = 1/(2/3) =  3/2 Ω

When you have two resistors in parallel , here is another way

   3*3 /(3+3)  = 9/6 = 3/2  Ω    

 ( you can use this method ONLY when you have two parallel resitances !)
