Circumstance = 3.14 • diameter

So…
94.2 = 3.14 • diameter
94.2/3.14 = 30 cm

The diameter is 30 cm, so the radius (1/2 of diameter) would be 15 cm.

Area = 3.14 • radius^2

So…
Area = 3.14 • 15^2
Area = 706.5 cm squared
