Honestly it looks like you traced it. I see no artistic mistakes, you wrinkled the paper and don't seem to mad about it, the detail and hair are drawn in the EXACT place that goku UI's hair is in the manga, and the facial features are in advanced animation techniques, and I found the image in g o o g l e.
Either you took the drawing off the internet or you traced it.
