Try covering up in plenty of blankets, if you're cold ofc, sleep lots, and small sips of water :)

Drinking lots of fluids (especially water!!), rest, take come cold medicine, and also hot showers if your nose is stuffy, it helps the blood vessels in your nose to be less inflamed (the blood vessels cause the stuffy nose)
