Social problems hamper development on society because right now the world is too focused on what a fully fleshed out team is capable of instead of the abilities of a single person. This naturally can result in an individual focusing too much on themselves in an attempt to stand out or can make it so they feel as if their abilities or talents are worthless in the grand scheme of things.
