The person with type 1 diabetes has high blood glucose concentration in the blood as compared to the person which has no diabetes because the person with type 1 diabetes has lack of insulin hormones that regulates the blood glucose level in the body. Insulin works properly in the body of normal person so the blood glucose level or concentration is lower or maintained in the blood.
