answer: hi! so the first thing you want to do is plug in for your variables.

so when you do that you get:

1+3(6)

according to PEMDAS, multiplication comes first.

6*3=18

so you’re equation should now look like this;

1+18

and then add the numbers together.

your answer should be 19.
