The answer is "yes" for all integers.

This property is mainly used to either simplify the expressions or to group alike terms together. It is applicable only for operations of addition and multiplication.

Examples:
57x + 94 xy = x (57+94y)
2ab - 6abc = 2ab (1-3c)
