The slope intercept form is
y=ax+b
So
11x-2y=-6       /+2y
11x=2y-6      /+6 both sides
11x+6=2y     (changing sides)
2y=11x+6        /:2 divide by 2 both sides
y=[tex] \frac{11}{2}x+3 [/tex] - its the result
