What is 4/6+1/3 can y’all tell me this is for homework and I can’t seem too figure it out

Well, for you to add them up you need to have the same denominator so just make 3 transform into 6 by multiplying by 2 so what I did to the bottom I need to do with the top so 1X2=2 so 4/6 + 2/6 which is 6/6= 1
