Step-by-step explanation:

[tex] \frac{1}{2} log(x) + log(4) = 2[/tex]

then

[tex] log( {x}^{ \frac{1}{2} } ) + log(4) = 2 \\ log(4 \sqrt{x} ) = 2 \\ 4 \sqrt{x} = {10}^{2} = 100 \\ \sqrt{x} = 25 \\ x = {25}^{2} = 625[/tex]

I don't know if your Log is natural logarithm then

[tex]4 \sqrt{x} = {e}^{2} \\ \sqrt{x} = \frac{e ^{2} }{4} \\ x = \frac{ {e}^{4} }{16} [/tex]
