why are frogs said to have "two lives?"

Well, the "first life" would be when they are living in the water as eggs and tadpoles. The "second life" refers to their life on the land.

Their first lives are ment that the live in the water when they are still babies but when they get older they start living in the real world with the other frogs that what it means when they have two lives it doesn't really mean they have two live they live in different eviorment as they get older
