The correct expression is:

[tex] \frac{9 m^{-6} n^{2} p^{-1} }{ 12mn^{-5} p} \\ \\ \frac{3 m^{-6} n^{2} p^{-1} }{ 4mn^{-5} p} [/tex]

The negative exponents can be moved to the other side of the fraction to make them positive, as shown below:

[tex] \frac{3n^{2}( n^{5}) }{ 4mp(m^{6}p^{1})} \\ \\ = \frac{3 n^{7} }{4 m^{7}p^{2} } [/tex]

The above expression now contains all the positive exponents and is our answer.
