Okay here goes, in question 11 it usually depends on how long the RNA is. We should remember that it's three nucleotides per one amino acid. So the answer here is 3.

In question 12 the thing that happened is named Insertion, that's the action of inserting something into the RNA. So that's what makes the RNA have more base pairs than it originally did.
