The surface  area of sphere is [tex]A=4 \pi R^{2}=4 \pi 3^{2}=36\pi[/tex] and the volume is [tex]V= \frac{4}{3} \pi R^{3}=\frac{4}{3} \pi 3^{3}=\frac{108}{3} \pi=36\pi[/tex].
If you want to count the ratio between surface area and volume, it will be equal to [tex] \frac{36\pi }{36\pi}=1 [/tex].
