(m - n)(x) = m(x) - n(x) plug in the equations

(m - n)(x) = (10x + 5) - (6x - 5) Distribute/multiply the - into (6x - 5)

= (10x + 5) - 6x + 5 [- times a - equals a positive] combine like terms/simplify

= 4x + 10
